Aight.... I have an 02 ZX-12r.... Current Performance Mods
Muzzy full Ti system
PcIIIr
On Order..
17t sprocket [thanks to Dave]
Yellow Box
Water Wetter
Future Mods [within a month]
Muzzy Block offs
Bear Stacks
Bmc Street Filter
Custom Map...
AND NO MORE!!!
Question then is with these mods do I have to keep tweaking here and there or am i in for the long haul with no further mods and just regular routine maintenance...

I Spoke to Hans last week and ordered a Buckle guard... He is putting together a package for the 02' Air covers, hugger and fuse box cover no price yet.... All im talking about is engine mods....

Other than the BMC Air Filter that I always wanted, I have not made an "Engine" related change since July! (Maybe June)! No real suspension changes (Want Ohlins fork Springs! already have rear shock!) Steering Dampner. I plan some "Body Work Changes" for Maxton! Runs good all the time!

ok..ok..ok...thats it no more... after i get my stacks, custom map and so the pilot jet mod to get rid of the stumble muzzy pipes have...ohh almost forgot scotts damper, muzzy fans...and.....

Sorry I did not respond sooner......
Make a plug for your snorkel....allow for application of compressed air to enter through the plug. Pressureize and feel where all the air bleeds out!!
You will be very disappointed when you see how much the system leaks. Air leaks out at the snorkel junction w/ intake tubes, rubber boots, bottom of resonators, air filters, well nuts in frame(airbox). Isolate crankcase brather tube...plug hole in frame, and so on!
