OIL LEVEL?

TOOK THE BIKE TODAY RAN IT EASILY FOR BOUT 10 MINUTES **BASICALLY TO GET SOME GAS FROM THE GAS STATION** NOTICED IT WAS RUNNIN A TAD BIT HOT I CHECKED THE LIL CIRCLE THING FOR OIL AND IT WAS AT THE BITTY BOTTOM NOW IS THIS CIRCLE THAT U LOOK THROUGH SUPPOSE TO BE FULL WITH OIL OR HALF WAY ECT?? THINKING BOUT CHANGING THE OIL ONCE I GET BACK FROM GOING TO FOR XMAS LEAVE........ALSO IF ANYBODY COULD TAKE SOME PICTURES SO I CAN SEE WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE WOULD BE GREAT THANKS GUYS.........F***IN LOVE THIS BIKE

middle of glass...

When you change the oil, use exactly 3 quarts of oil with filter!!!...That will put you at the top of the glass...

Yeah I know I said middle but the extra 4 ounces of oil is not going to rob horse power!!!

I run with a little bubble visible at top of glass. Yeah yeah, I know this is overfilling a tad, but I want to prevent oil starvation issues during wheelies, stoppies, cornering, heavy braking from high speed, etc. etc. Also will help w/clutch wetting & oil cooling on hot days...

Remember to check the oil level with both tires on the ground, not on the rear stand. Middle level is a good happy medium between protection and performance.

NEVERMIND FALSE ALARM TALK ABOUT EMBARASSING I HAD MY FATHER LOOK AT THE BIKE HE KNOCKED ME UPSIDE THE HEAD AND SCREAMS **U IDIOT U CHECKED IT TILTED OVER AND U CALL URSELF A MECHANIC AND STARTS LAUGHING AT ME.....LOL OOPS
