A 16t Front sprocket asap if you haven't changed gearing...yellow box...and then save the rest for tires and/or gear for you.

Send the forks down to Race Tech, or Traction Dynamics. You'll be amazed.

The #1 thing would be riding gear, if you don't already have it. If you have a jacket, get the pants that zip to it. If don't have "true" riding boots or gloves, get them. A spine/back protector. Uncomfortable? So is a wheelchair, I hear.
You already have all of the above? ALL of it? Okay.
For the bike, here's a few possibilities...
Filters
Tires - Michelins, Bridgestone or Metzler (if you prefer twisties, switch to a 180/55 on back)
Sprocket - 17T
Damper - Muzzy or Scotts
Forks - send them to RaceTech

Damn!! Where do you shop?? That is pretty cheap for 500 bones.
I'd take a 17 tooth, a used full system (Muzzy), Water Wetter and some distilled water, then maybe a Muzzy fan, some links and a strap. Should be about 500 bones and a 9 second bike.

1) Connect the crank case to the kleen air with a piece of "rubber hose".
2) Get a 16t instead of the 17t....No other mods neccessary for that.
3) Get Heat blanket from y2k...
4) Get more packing for noisy pipe in the future!!!
5) Get front end straps from Schnitz racing.
6) Get racing springs for clutch from Schnitz racing!!!
7) Get more steels for clutch 2.0's and a couple of 1.6's from ron ayers.
8) Order another clutch release arm for when it wears out.
9) Order another set of tires.
10) Have your rims polished.
11) Get windshield from zero gravity or whoever.......
You should be at about $500 now........

16t = more wheelbase
ZX6R springs will make a WORLD of difference in shifting and will prevent clutch slippage at high RPM. They are longer, stronger and stiffer than the stock 12R springs. Worth every penny (only 20 bucks)

racerdiscount.com for bmc...$75.00 including shipping...i want to order from them but not sure about the turn around..i can't wait 3-4 weeks, i'd rather pay more money and get it in three days. i have a 17t up front, muzzys block offs, muzzys bones middle hole and full system hindle system for now. i ordered a pcIIIr, but i have some reservations about installing it because my bike is running so well now (except for the 1000 to 2500 rpm flat spot). voz, have you had any problems with your pcIIIr as far as how your bike runs? heard some people here say they wish they would have never installed theirs.

PcIIIr works ok for me... same flat spot... Once i get the bike set up with mods i want i will be going out to PAY for a custom map.. then shit will be lovely... But i have heard horror stories about them... Main thing is make sure you do not pinch harness... alot of folks wont admit this but most of the problems stem from a torn/nicked harness.. Was Muzzy block off a bitch to install.. also the 17t how hard is that to install... i need someone to tell me what does it do for me...

I reccomend,
1) A set of good quality brake lines for the front.
2) A set of EBC HH brake pads.
3) BMC "race" air filters.
4) Extra set of rubber.
