Umm yes the 02's are blue. I think 01's were blue in Canada. Hell I dun remember exactly

the 02 colors are red dark metalic blue and gold almost looks black and limited numbers of metalic blue. 01 was silver and green. 00 was red green. at least I think

The main production run of the 02 models were the black and red. The blue was a late released limited edition color.
If you look at Kawi's website or in the brochures, red and black is all they offer and show. The blue release came out after the 02's went into production.
Just cause I wanted blue, I wasnt able to come down any and ended up paying full MSRP the last week of May. Oh well, I still like it.
I dont know how much truth to this there is, but I've heard from more than one dealer that the blue VIN's were released only 5 per state.
Love the blue...wouldnt have it any other way!

Yes, I love the blue...Daveindaytona's blue 12 is the best looking 12 I've seen to date to be absolute honest. I'm slowly making changes to mine though.
