mesuring stackhight on cclutch

lastnight i took out the thin plates and put in normal frictions and decided to see if my digital calipers will go from the back platetab to the front plate tab. it worked. now i need to shim it again. im at 56.75mm. i may of been on the short side of spek.is this howu guys do it. i found doing it seperat plate after plate is notso good to me anyway cause the frictions can vary at the three different places i have to average the thickness.
come to think of it i guess i need to figure out how thick the material is cause i am only on the aluminum tabs.so maybe i am in speck.

i measure each fiber in 3 places(on the pads that slowly wear away), then add them all up plus add the steels, but you can just do the whole stack if you compress the anti chatter rings

i just took out the chatter rings and the two small friction discs hopeing the extra surface area allows it to hold the power better.i do not know if this was smart but i heard people do that so i am going to try it. we will see i'll try to see if i can slide it when i am done.

Your clutch has two small friction discs? Is this because you have a Barnett clutch not oem?
And nox why was this a bad move.
