2002 Blue/Gold New $9549.00
Doing some searching on traderpub.com and came across a dealer in Texas City Tx. that is selling this bike for $9549.00. looked like a screaming deal to me. He did e-mail me back and said there where no additional fees other then tax and lic.
Go to traderpub.com and do a search for 2002 zx12r and you will see his bikes.
If the stock market would pick up I'd buy it in a minute! Love the blue/gold.

Yah, Kaw US will *not* warranty a Canuck ZX12R, even tho you *must* comply with DOT specs to bring it in.

Kawi products don't need warranty.lol.If your going to save a couple thousand bucks it might still be worth it to ya and you can always bring it up here for warranty still.

The light colored blue is a bit of a limited edition 'round here. I have the midnight blue and gold. I would rather have had the royal blue and black. I'm getting rid of the gold.
That sounds like a smokin' deal on the Kaw. I thought I was getting a good deal at $10,2. But I also got a smoking deal on my trade in - the Kaw dealer gave me $1,000 more for my trade than any other dealer. Plus if you buy a 12 you rather get the run of the dealer's shop . . . especially if you give RedElk a hand job - they know him very well.
BTW - there's a guy on a (rumored) STOCK royal blue 12 giving the modified 'Busas fits on the drap strips around here.

That's a good deal, don't by a bike from Canada. You are going to have problems.

i got a $4,500 dollar trade in on my '95 zx-11 and paid $6,000 cash for my '02 zx12. so i guess i paid $10,500, but every other dealer wouldnt go higher than $3,750 on the trade in so that sorta made it $9,750...ish. anyway thats the best deal in the state of colorado, but thats only because i bought my bike in cheyenne wyoming.
this bike rocks, now if only i could get a good helmet audio system, i'd be set.
