Cam degree?

Hi Anyone who knows what 105/100 degrees with 1 millimeter lift corresponds to degrees with valves closed, no lift??

What is the opening and close numbers when i degrreing my cams without measuring with that 1mm lift, instead with valves closed?
I think that would be easier!

Please someone?

/ Mikael
