Thanks Vincent. My injectors keeping switching between 15% and 12% when I'm on the motorway giving me an AFR of low to mid 14s at 12% which I try to stay out of and can get out of with small throttle movements .
I have just had EGT probes put in the exhaust headers and now I can see at the 14 AFR range I'm getting cylinder temps of around 1382f (750c) on three cylinders and 1414f (768c) on cylinder 4. Looks from your answer I was right to keep it out of the 14 AFR range.
When I took the headers off to get the weld bungs put in the exhaust ports of cylinders 1-3 were all black but port 4 had white markings in it so the traceline of cylinder 4 running hotter than the other three would appear correct. Looks like I have some valve adjustments to make.
Thanks again.

At certain points the injector readings can seperate a bit with Injector 1 consistently reading slightly higher than the others (there are points where it will also read lower than the others). The biggest split I can see at anyone time between highest and lowest injector is 0.9%. Injector 4 (for the hot cylinder) is not reading lower than any of the others.
I have injectors 2,3 and 4 going into a DL32 with injector 1 going into an SSI4 so I thought it may be the different units being the cause, but the reading followed injector 1 when I swapped the wires aorund. I also have 2 sets of fuel injectors and Injector 1 reads slightly higher for both sets.

Vince is being a bit conservative (which is probably good). EGT are ok up to 1425 or so continuous with spikes to 1475 while tuning not uncommon.
