Warped Rotors
What conditions indicate the rotors are warp?

dial indicator will tell the story.
If you have to pump the brakes to get the lever out when braking is a good sign that the rotor(s) are warped (assuming you have a hard lever (no air in system). No amount of pumping is gonna give you a solid lever if there is air.

When you use the front brakes and it's vibrating really bad. That was the case with my dad's zx-9 replaced the front rotors with new ones and the problem was gone. Both rotors were warped pretty bad.

IF they were JUST Vibrating that would be the cure but they are also knocking back the pads which is a "Physical" thing as in bent!
