what else do I need for a Hindle full system
ok so here it goes when I bought the bike the guy i bought it from was racing it what he had on for an exhaust was the Hindle front header its was every thing up untill the can ( there was no can ) so it was like a straight exhaust. So what im thinking is I have the front header of a full Hindle system what can do I match this up to ? can I just look for a can that goes with the hindle full system ? Im assuming there is only one full hindle system for a 2000 zx 12 could i just order that one( the can ) and would it work the my header pipe?
thanks guys

There are several Systems for the ZX12R the Regular Street Hindle the Race, Brock and 4-2-1 Sidewinder.
Look at the header pipes! Do they have "ANY" Welding in them Prior to the collector?
Once we know what system you have then we will know what Mid Pipe or Muffler you need! The systems are sold as Header and Mid Pipe and the Muffler is sold separate

Muzzy's Are BOLT on at the Flange!
He has the Best one they make which is the Step tube race and it is an early one that is all welded together! You need a 2.25 inch Race Muffler which has a 2.0 outlet. FInd a cheap one on e-bay that is Oval and Aluminum Cannister that is 22 inches Long or longer!
SHould find one for $2 to $300 NEW or $1 to $200 Used

Hindle USUALLY Wins All Noise contests by being the most quiet Muffler!
With the Correct Map I gained from 153 to 183 HP somewhere between 12 to 15 HP was the Pipe!
The Step Tube makes 5 to 7 HP Over their Street System and the Street System makes 5 to 8 HP over stock!
It does work better with the Muffler (A Race Muffler and is still quiet!)

If you have a 2000 or 2001 ZX12R, I will send you my map. The one on the Dynojet site may only be for the standard version of the exhaust. The one I have is what Hindle produced and then I fine tuned using the Dyno and riding. With the Bear Short stacks and the Crank Case vacuum mod it is the one I made 183 HP With! You should get between 170 to 176 depending on what your base HP Was

vincenthill does your map have the flat spot down low in the rpm range? I just put the exhaust on a month ago and down loaded the map from the power commander website. Now I have a flat spot from 2500 to 3500. Should I down loaded a new map or get a custom map made?

How do you think DynoJet makes the Maps they put on the web Site? They use the exact same bike and make the Maps! When you put that map in yout bike it is going to be very close "IF YOU HAVE THE SAME BIKE With the SAME Mods!"
My Map is only good for 2000 and 2001 ZX12RLike I told Johnny Boy I will send him my map and I actually had small Spikes in HP in that RPM Range. My Bike would wheelie as it hit bumps at LOW RPM! If you have any skills at all, you can adjust your own map by hooking up the computer to your bike and watching real time exactly where the problems are and adding and subtracting a few % of fuel until it runs better! Make Notes in the Note Field and then you know what you are doing! Most people that map the bikes do not do this at below 2,500 rpm so even a "Custom" map is no good in that area!
