A Little OT! Mini Headers for Comparrison!
I just bought this for Peggy's Mini Cooper "S" The second Section is just a resonator which is exactly 11 inches long that I bought a Catalyst for $48.00 which is also 11 inches long!
I received the pipe Yesterday and the Quality is like the Hand TIG Welded Akrapovich exhaust that I had in 2002 for my ZX12R Really a thing of beauty Anyone want to guess what I paid for this?
Trust me it was cheap!

TOO HIGH!!
With the work I have done on her car, I cannot drive it like I used to! I have LOST my throttle control! It is making over 200 HP and a little too much pedal and the traction control tries to stop the wheels spinning so you have to lift! With the Traction COntrol OFF, all I seem to do is spin up the tires! Peggy seems to have it under control either way!
We have a Magna Flow Full Exhaust system that made too much noise so now we have 2 Mufflers and 2 Resonators under that little car not to mention the Modification done to the Exit pipes. With the Cold Air Package, 15% Smaller Supercharger Pulley, Oil Bypass to keep the inner Cooler clean and the Reprogramming of the FUel and Ignition system, even the Toyo AAA Traction Z Rated 205 / 45 / 17 tires do not have enough traction.
BIG Fun when I hit the Ait Horns and people look around for something a LOT Bigger!

I liked this set up but the other headers for your car were $685 so the set you got had to have fallen off a truck somewhere in DC . I like the older minis' especially the trucks.

The Cheap Headers I got when the original Broke cost me close to $400 from a FRIEND that Owns a Parts Place and took Mercy on me and they were Fugley. These stock from the dealer were between $900 and $1,100 and some I saw as high as $1,600. I personally am in SHOCK because I would have Happily paid $500 and felt like I stole them!
On Speed TV they did the Tuner Challenge and one of the cars was a Super Charged MINI and after doing EVERYTHING they could not over Ride the ECU on the Peugeot engine and ended up with only 135 HP 20 less than they started out with! Mine was easy and they did everything from Pistons and head on up!

Vince, we build all the racing engines for Marrens fleet of racing Minis. Some of you guys may have seen two of these racing Minis at the PRI show in Orlando this year. These little basterds handle awsome. Its funny seeing these little suckers go around the track at Daytona.
