Dynojet good customer service

Just wanted to let everyone know that I spoke with Dynojet and they are sending out a replacement unit right away. They received my defective PC3R however said they could not find any problems with it and had no problem connecting to it? However they are willing to and offered to send a "new" replacement which I thought was great customer service considering some vendors might have given a person a hassle if they can not duplicate the problem, so I give Dynojet two thumbs up for honoring my claim and supporting their product.

They did the same for me and even sent me digital pictures documenting the cause of the failure, that was enlighting and I posted all that ages ago.

DJ is a stand up company in my book.

The one troubling part in this is that all of us had functioning units and DJ replaced perfectly good ones withnew ones for us? And I did notice that my bike ran better with the new one and the the dyno and or computer could talk to the new one. uuummmm............?????
