Removing stock sprockets from cams

Anybody have a trick on how to remove the sprockets from the cams, without taking it to a machine shop......

Is it possible to use some type of automotive puller or something..I want to put on the adjustable sprockets, is the reason I'm asking.

Any help would be appreciative

I paid a shop 50 bucks to pull them off and put the adjustables on... well worth it in my book.
I am sure someone has a trick though!!!!
