holy shit man! ouch!
when you are feeling better, i say replace all damaged parts with aftermarket stuff. theres some non oem plastics going on ebay that look pretty good and arent that expensive. hopefully the bike didnt run too long with the oil pick up sucking air....
i have a yosh slip on if you want to just replace the muffler..pm me if you are interested

Man I'm at a loss for words.
Glad you're alive after looking at the bike, what a freak accident.
When you get better make a list of parts needed and post them here, I've got some 12 parts I'll donate to the cause.

From another Vincent! I have a clean Stock Rear Muffler if you are going in that direction that I will send to you for the SHipping!
Second, look at Catalyst Racing composits they have very neat body work at a very reasonable price. Like Dan, I have some parts like a Tank Cover but my stuff is ALL Green!

Glad you're ok. I had that same issue w/ back pack. I now keep a small lock around zipper to keep back pack from opening. good luck!!!!!!!

i had that happen on my 91 zx11.my nylon zildjian cymbal jacket worked its way out of the bungee net around my corbin gunfighter seat.i was banging gears at about 100mph the the bike started bucking.i pulled the clutch in and braked as hard as i could.i did not lay it down which was a miracle.when i got the bike home and apart i freeked out.the chain tore teeth off the aluminium rear sprocket and the nylon jacket got so hot it liquified and pushed the grease out of the sprocket carrier and rear wheel bearings.i mean fucked up.i had to do some painting also.it whipped around real fast.
