Dave, when you got the undertails from Graphic Art, did you receive a bill from UPS for customs etc. Just received a such a bill for UPS for around $30.00, I have never ordered very much from outside the US and have never received an additional bill.

No I didn't. There was the standard customs declaration on the outside of the box when I got it. I would think UPS would have to charge the shipper all charges when it's send unless it was sent COD. I looked at the UPS site and found the info shipping from Canada http://www.ups.com/using/services/intl/import-imp-brokerage-fees.html and that charge you have still doesn't sound right. I'd ask Robert about it or UPS directly. Something doesn't sound right about that.
I got mine in March and if I remember right (it rarely happens) it was $329 delivered. Let me know what you find out.
Dave

Here is the reply I received back from Graphic Art:
It happen some times, I try to keep the lowest prices on the commercial invoice
but I believe it isn't your lucky week.
Sorry.
Joanne
Oh well not my lucky week I suppose, I had never received anything like that, just trying to verify if whether it was standard or not. The undertail looks and fits great, no complaints about that. $60.00 shipping ($30.00 initial and the other $30.00 from UPS) mighty steep for a standard 7lb shipment of 2 undertails.

Of course you could always by it from a local US dist. and they could mark it up their margin plus the customs charge!
Damned if you do and damned if you don't!!
