Our trip down...
Too much to talk about ... pretty damn cool.. I had such a good time I hardly noticed the technical probs I had with the bike.... I'd might as well get it out of the way and just list them here... then when I am awake I can relate the story of a cool ride and some awsome roads....
The probs are: front rotors warped... most noticeable after highway 36 in CA. ... ... clutch is smoked... noticed after whatever that highway is with the long straight bits into Merced.. waterpump leaks... noticed this on the ferry from Port Townsend...
PC3 TOAST... definetly noticed this in RedBluff when the bike was on 1 and 2 cylinders spewing raw gas out the tailpipe with the FI warning light on...
but I had such a damn good time I hardly noticed...
We put the "Sock" in "Kawasaki" by showing a sock in the fairing to soak up the leaking coolant
