cam ???

Hey peoples!!

Whats the short and skinny on the cam mod for my 2004 zx12?

Is it just a swap, replace my exhaust for another intake or what? Or do I have to replace the exhaust cam with a web intake??? Do I have to do anything in conjunction with this mod to get any benefit??
What aboiut head gasket replacement? And if so wheres the best place to buy?
thanks a bunch.

Ill try to be more specific, i might be thinking the same way, but if not at least its promoting discussion.:P
what does it take to run 2 intake cams? (one on the EX as well)
another option idea:
what does it take to run an intake cam on the exhaust side and an exhaust cam on the intake side? (the only way this would make any sense would be if you sent the EX cam to be welded up and reground (to match or better yet, "beat" the IN cam specs)

You only need to drill the pin hole so the thingy can be bolted to the end. Pretty simple. It will be properly indexed also. Somebody makes an adapter to use a later model cam easily since the thingy is indexed differently, I believe. Not sure anybody has any good info on how much hp cams are worth in a certain engine. The 12 comes with relatively large cams already so gains aren´t going to be huge. I´ve installed two intake cams in some engines and used a weldup on the intake and intake on the exhaust on others buy no dyno results to back anything up. Basically, if money isn´t much of an object, I´d use bigger cams. I´ve seen weldups with 10k on them and still look like new.

Web has a variety of grinds, "bigger" and "smaller".

Muzzy, duration int=245 @ .050. lift = .402,
Muzzy, duration exh=238 @ .050. lift = .390,

Web set, duration int=253 @ .050 lift = .383, Web grind #227
Web set duration exh=252 @ .050 lift = .369, Web grind #549

Muzzy = higher lift
Web = longer duration
