Correct thermostat rating, 60 or 82 deegrees ?

I have ordered a new thermostat from Kawasaki and it has arrived with 60 degress stamped on it, but the one I took out has 82 degrees stamped on it. When the shop checked back on my purchase history the 82 thermostat was showing the same part number as the 62.

The manuals not much help, in the cooling section it states the thermostat should start opening at 58 to 62, fully open at 75, which seems that the 60 is the right one. However, at the back of the manual the gauges section states that for the middle temperature bar (5th segment) the temperature should be 84 - 105 which suggests the 82 thermostat is the correct one. :?
