Exhaust questions but not the usual "Which one should I buy"

I don't even have a ZX12R but only an old ZX11 but I regularly sneak around here. In another life, I cold try to get someday a ZZR1200. I know the ZZR1200 have catalyzers built into the stock exhaust system, like the ZX12R. My questions are to try to estimate what could be the possible HP gain when a full exhaust or slip-ons will be installed on a ZZR1200. I know many of you dynoed their bike before and after exhaust installation and here are the q's:
1) What is the typical HP gain after installing a complete system from the popular systems like Akrapovic, Yoshimura, Muzzy and Hindle?
2) What is the typical HP gain after installing a slip-on and with the catalyzer still in place?
3) What is the typical HP gain after installing a slip-on after catalyzer have been removed?
Thanks a lot for any infos!

I probably did not explained myself correctly. All the questions above are for you guys that have ZX12R (not ZZR1200) and installed and dynoed their bikes. I would like to know, on a ZX12R, what were the HP gains. From your results, I want to look at what are the HP results of having or not having a catalyzer. Sorry for the misunderstanding. I'm sure most of you could tell me those numbers from memory. Thanks again.

Hey Claude -

The HP gain from removing the catalytic converter is minimal, if measureable at all. I don't know of anyone that's measured any HP gain with it removed. What it does do is give the bike a richer, fuller sound. Here's a quick guide:

Stock exhaust - roughly 162 hp
Minus cat - same, better sound, less heat

Slipon exh - six to eight hp gain

Full exhaust - 12 to fifteen hp

Best numbers I've personally seen on a stock motored zx12r with full muzzy, PC IIIr, K&N filters, clean air block off plates is 181.5 hp.

And for anyone wondering what kinda gains would be there for a ZZR, I would imagine they would be less, seeing that it starts life with a dual exh, as previously stated.

Thanks swft, that's the numbers I was looking for. I'm surprised to see no gain by guttering the catalyzer though. Anybody dynoed before and after catalyzer but with slip-on instead of stock canister?

My increases are not exactly known as I didn't have the stock numbers but after putting a full Yosh system, modified air filters, timing advancer and TPS adjustment with NO PCIII, I have 172.6hp at the rear. I'm sure if I would get off my ass and get a PC I could squeeze out several more.
