PM "impressive" on 12.org. He has it done on his 1st gen zx12.
I rode it, initially the weight is still felt on the 12, but side to side it turned better than my bike for sure (even when I was stock ride height). I think he said he saved 10+ pounds. 10R wheels, forks, swinger, etc.
Aren't the 03+ (radial) rotors smaller than the 320mm rotors on the 00-02? I don't think you have 320mm because we have an 04 here at the shop (radial brakes) and his rotors are smaller than my 00 320mm.
He also thought there may be a little "play" in the swingarm as it bolts to the frame, but side to side seemed stable to me....no issues at 140ish or something, can't remember. Impressive is in MD.

I think the 03 down had 330mm 04 up has 320mm.
I want the wheels mainly for looks and if I can shave a few pounds great.
But if the weight isnt much savings maybe I will just go with some PM wheels or something.
