Overheating zx12

My 2000 12r gets to about 3/4 up the temp gauge and the fan kicks in, after I turn her off she seems to be bubbling up in the pipework and a couple of weeks back when it was a hot day waiting in traffic she started to throw water out the overflow pipe. couple of questions, would changing to a muzzy fan be any better and someone suggested changing to race spec. fluid, would these make her run cooler or any more suggestions?

Bubbling after you turn off can be a defctive rad cap. Check it's properly screwed on, its a sort of two stage turn thing.

Definitely change out the radiator cap. Go with a higher pressure cap if you can find one.
