Nitrous fuelling
Am I right that a 40-50 nitrous shot can be used on a 12r without having to retard the ignition with fuelling run at 12.1 from 80-90% throttle on the PC3 with the nitrous triggered by a throttle mounted micro switch?
Whats the formula for adding more fuel with each rise in each nitrous shot?
ie. 40-50 shot=1 point richer 50-60 shot (x) points richer 60-70 shot (x) points richer etc?
cheers

40-50 is fine with stock plugs, stock motor, and stock timing with 93 pump or better fuel. Make sure you add fuel via the power commander.
Ry--
That would be Ryan Schnitz of Schnitz Racing
Ive heard that you just bump up the fuel two bars on the high end via the button on the power commander.
I dont know any formula but Im sure one of our more knowledgeable collegues will
have that.
I also recall 60 dry as marginal and would only attempt that with a custom map developed
specifically for your bike under the supervision of a seasoned tuner on a dyno.
Just my two pence

30 to 40 shot 1 bar and 50 to 60 shot 2 bars BUT Like me, put it on the dyno with a Sniffer just to make sure you are in the 12 to 1 A/F Range

I'm with them, be safe and put it on a dyno. Run some good fuel with higher Octane,
as it will only knock a couple of ponies off. You may want to try a 20 shot first if you
have never ran nos on your bike with a full throttle switch, especially in lower gears.

What is the perfect AF ratio. I thought it was 14.7. And is the lower the first number the richer the mix is or is that backwards.

I think that might be a touch lean. Some people like 13-12.8 / 1 on just motor. With Juice you may want to be a little richer. A Dyno may work nice to help find a good set up for you.
