That's the first time I have ever heard that story. So, do you know what teh button sequence is then?

You have to be very exact when activating the buttons otherwise you will get the trip meter. Mine works very well!

yeah, it's great. but my favourite feature is the remote capucino maker progress mode. course u gotta but a kawisaki cap machine which has the transmetter, but it's so worth it!

Be very careful with the button sequence or you may retard the flux capacitor, and then you all know what happens!

oh I see how it is. Mess with a guy who's not too sharp today.  Maybe a few hours of sleep will change things.

Hey Eric have you heard about the Factory Kawasaki Big Bore Stroker kit? It takes a 12 and makes it a 2000 cc torque monster. You can order it direct from Kawi and if the dealer installs it it does not void your warranty.
