I use nothing but MOTUL in the high revvvving 600RR track bike. In my 14, recycled oil would suit me, but for the sake of using something worthwhile since I'm going through the trouble of changing oil anyway - Shell Rotella 5W-40 is my choice. And Tony suggested it to me so it has to be good.

The same because it is 50% Ester and 50% Pao which make for the Best "Street & Race" Oil possible! Ester (I think) is better for Race and Pao is better for Street not to mention that you can still find this oil for $6 to $7 per quart including SHipping!!
