It's painful watching some people try to login..
Okay.... so I am sitting here, watchin 2 new users try to login... both of them have left their emails hidden, so at this point I cant tell if they are legit.. they cant login.. they have both been "stuck" at the login box for 1/2 hour... now one of them has logged in on a variation of his first name to see if maybe that will werk...
What kills me is that it says very clearly, on the login page "having trouble logging in?" and it has an email link which goes straight to me.... so in 1/2 hour neither of these guys have thought of simply dropping me a line and asking for some help...
How long will it take for them to figure out that maybe they have entered something incorrectly or they need to email me?
I just sit here and watch and cringe! eek! ithurts my brain!

Well, I dont know if I was one of the dipshits Fish was talking about, but I was getting my ass kicked by the new cookie handler thingie in IE6. I couldn't log in to save my ass. E-mailed Fish and he tipped my in the cookie direction. Logged in and within a minute he IM'd me congratulating me on overcoming my stupidity. Thanks Fish.

Well, thanks for the help anyway. Just wanted folks to know that the "tech support" really is supportive, and not as binding as an athletic supporter.

Well fish you know the pain goes both ways. A commercial site I go to all the time suddenly appeared with a dark blue background and black text last night making it totally unreadable.
I sent a quick note off to their webmaster and this is the reply I got this morning...
