Ron Ayres!!!

$165.00 for 11 frictions and 10 2.0 steels with delivery!!!

Good idea to buy a few sets!!!

Ken, how many passes are you getting out of the clutches??? If you get 20, try changing the steels after 10 passes... I'm sure the steels are purple when you take them out!!!

I agree, I've checked around and the only two places I will buy them is ronayersmotorsports.com and muzzys.com

Approx. 20 passes and the clutch starts to go away and my et & mph starts to drop off even after letting the bike sit a half hour. I figure if the steels are blue, black purple, then the steels are warped and change them as a set. Anyone care to comment on this? What are you doing??? BTW... Got a ph. # to Ron Ayers?

Well, the last two sets I got from Muzzys. A bit pricey. Thought I try another source.

kzz1,
Like CR, I get my clutch plates from R Ayers, usually 2 sets at a time.

But I also re-use old plates, only pitching badly darkened steels and fibers which get down to .126 or so.

Not hot lapping really extends clutch life!!!!

Are the OEM fibers and steels the same as the Muzzys steels and fibers?
