Please Explain "when i lift someone " does that mean give someone a lift and in riding double?

Where is this noise?

Does it go up and down with engine RPM or wheel speed?

Is your chain loose or tight?

LMAO thats a great question!

Hey at least on the ZX12 one doesn't have to go through a "remove 4 screws" ritual every time you want to put a chick on the back like the ZX14

Wern't there "2" Screws on the tail piece cover on the 12? Most people gave up on being "Pretty" and removed the cover! Me I had a Large soft seat made and one for the cover and my wife stayed happy!

Do you have a Stock exhaust? Has anyone ever done anything to the Suspension Links?

It is Possible that the Bottom Bolt on the Suspension Arms is bumping the Connector Pipe between the Headers and the Muffler. The passenger pushing down in the Pegs is pushing the pipe closer to the Bolt or the Pipe or Muffler is actually hitting the Swingarm. That is where I would look!
