And I could give a DAMN about the "information" you try to pass on to me and to others. Like I said, since day 1 you have been sipping on that haterade. Its not just what you say but HOW you say it. You come off like a condescending know-it-all that has repeatedly underminded my abilities. You can be helpful or you can be a prick, and with me, since day one you have chosen the later. FINE!
But then you specifically singled out my threads and added your 2 cents and still took shots? Read back, take it back to almost 2 years ago and you'll see thats been your style. I have let it slide with you for quite some time. But I don't need to get disrepsected by some guy on a 12 who thinks they are god's gift to the community or something. And please, don't think you can just sit there and claim you were "trying to help"...with that tone NO ONE actually BELIEVES YOU.
People who know me know I try and help others out to the best of my abilities. I pass on knowledge and real world experience with others, you throw out snide little one-liners in an effort to diminish them and boost yourself up one notch. I'm out there racing as much as I can with LSR, Drag and track days as I can. Never once have I claimed to be some bad-ass or diminish anyone's character (aside from friendly internet ribbing w/racers I know personally). I'm essentially a light-weight rider who has some seat time and no fear of these speeds. No expert at the holeshot, no super-clean prefected tuck, just me.
And still to this day you continue w/that garbage and insecure attitude of yours, nevermind the fact that I have gone faster than you in 3 states. You still sit there and preach with your "high and mighty" negative undertones, at least with me you have, about 100% of the time actually. Maybe you are so arrogant that you don't even realize how you come off, who knows, who CARES!
Tell us all Bergie, once and for all, how you got into the 200 mph club at Maxton. By now many of us know the type of weight and HP needed to achieve that, keep it real.
WHAT WAS YOUR ACTUAL DISPLACEMENT AT THE TIME OF YOU GETTING INTO THE 200 MPH CLUB!!!! Myself as well as OTHERS have asked TIME AND AGAIN and you have given wishy washy answers. In one thread I have read you actually claimed to "not know" because it was converted back to stock bore and stroked still. If that was the case, what was your displacement and given how many times you went to Maxton you must have swapped your cylinders over and over to be "legal", right? Considering how much you drag raced the stroker motor of course.
And for the record Bergie, when I started a few years back, YOU were one of the ONLY people I actually looked up to and admired, hows THAT for irony!?!?!??!?!. I remember seeing your vids and going DAMN! I remember watching videos of Mach 3 (busa vs 12) and going DAMN! Things like that INSPIRED me to finally hop on the 12, give it all I had even though I was new and enjoy the rush! And I did. It gave me that first taste of 200 and I was hooked.
THAT is PRECISELY WHY I put up with your disrespect for so long, probably longer than most. I thought it was just a bit odd, maybe you were a big egotistical, who knows. But the more I accomplished, the more you were there to diss. And once I caught wind of your displacement it made me sick to my stomach. What was once admiration for the underdog zx12 to capture a record now made me sick to my stomach when I learned the truth, but again I kept quiet.
Now I'm not, and now is your chance to COME CORRECT! Don't worry, no one can take a record away from you, they can only bump it up, as has already been the case! Tood, nothing against running anyone at the strip. You know me, win or lose I'll get a lane! But I'm in the mid 9s and I'm pretty sure Bergie aboard his stretched zx12 would beat me, regardless of his displacement. Proving who's quicker at the strip (or hell, who's faster at MM) to me isn't really even the point. There is always someone quicker of faster and my numbers aren't an extension of my penis or a band-aid for insecurities. That being said I'll hopefully be going faster next week, and I'm sure Bergie is coming with at least something extra up his sleeve, such is the nature of competition.
And NOS1290, is that all you do? Cheerlead and hate? 30 posts, the last several of which were just taking shots at me. How come you're such a positive guy? Is it because you ran 202 mph with a big bore and a 60 shot and it popped? Just wondering man, your hate has been on overdrive these days.

We can see who has the highest MPH at Maxton and let it go. Gentlemen then Sportsmen guys, everything else will come out in the wash. Save the drama for your mama.

Well, no worries, those in the "know" know what is and what isn't really possible MPH wise given whatever mods one claims.
And as for your 2nd threat, I'd be careful there. I'm not sure how lightly the ECTA and NCPD take verbal threats, especially those that have been viewed by hundreds.

I just pulled this pic from your website. I was just curious which one of these pistons you'll be running at Maxton along with your stroker you just admitted on planning to use.

I have 3 engines and two ZX12s and plenty of misc parts including cylinders.
As I've stated this many times before, the engine was built with a Muzzys 1361 kit using only the 4mm crank and stock pistons when I ran the record. Do the math yourself. The bike made 195rwhp the weekend before I ran the record.
I put in the 2mm JEs later when I started spraying.
I have a Lee's built 1290 with a stock crank that's what I have been using recently.
My old engine with the full 1361 was freshened at Lees a year ago and it's still sitting on the shelf at Lee's waiting to go back in my other bike.
None of this changes the fact that you need a good beating for calling me a cheat.
I'll be running a 1290 next weekend. If you have a complaint about displacement, file it with the ECTA before opening your mouth, it might save you from an ass beating.
Nothing short of an apology will save your ass now.

Oh, or did you mean the 1290 you are going to run this weekend was stock bore but stroked, which just so happens to be the same displacement as a 3mill? Did you forget about a 4th motor? Pick your lie and stick with it! What sense does switching from a 1290 via bore kit to a stroker kit really make? Hardly worth the effort, especially on a peaky motor like the 12. Jumping around is only ruining your credibility. None of this changes the fact that you have been exposed. 3rd direct threat you've made now by the way. Not looking good for you.

In 2002 it was a stock bore stroker. That bike is now a 1361 and sitting at Lees.
I am bringing a 2ND bike which is a 1290 Lees motor as well.

Truth be told I'm not worried in the least about your threats, I'm just glad they've been documented. Bergie, I'll only say this one time: I am a firm believer in self defense.

Damn dudes.... I'm pretty sure ya both got into racing for the fun and thrill of it, and that neither of you make your living at it(more then likely nothing to do with motorcycles at all), and if ya did you'd both think about what you're saying.
Now there's ass whoopin threats and cheatin accusations and all that going on. Say you think Bergie ain't straight up Ali. Bergie, tell Ali to prove it or go the fuck away. Much beyond that is going to gaurantee a bad outcome for one of you at a minimum(and most likely both of you).
Ass whoopins create nothing but more ass whoopins.. until someone gets hurt real bad - proven fact(and the scars to prove it). This shit gets brought on site to the ECTA and you're going to have alot more then each other and the law to worry about... it's a family place that takes people alot of money to make happen, and people don't like their family's security or money being at risk - which is where this is headed!
Race you own race and move on. Life(like racing), is too good to deal with petty BS like this,
