ZX12Girl Down at the track!!!!
Kzz1 just called me on his way to the hospital. They went to Stanton tonight for test and tune. He said she looped the Bike just before the 60" mark.He said it came up fast and she chopped the throttle but it just kept coming over. He told me they took her away in ambulance and that she was consious and talking but she has a broken leg and is in a lot of pain. That's about all I know right now. He said he would call and update me later. THIS REEEAAAALLLLLLY SUCKS!!!!!!

Ken just called and spoke to My wife. He said that they are transporting Her to Battle Creek. She has a broken femur. He said it was shattered and they will need to do surgery when they get her to Battle Creek but other than the leg She is OK.

Ack!
This sucks!! Man I went thru this personally in March of 2001 when I dumped it over 100mph.. broke my left hand in 5 places, my right wrist required pins and right foot and ankle needed 4 screws (permanent). Required 2 surgeries and put me in a wheelchair for 3 months! I still limp around but can walk and I'm back at the track. I only pray for you ZX12Girl that your injuries are less significant than mine and I hope and pray that you recover soon! What track did this happen at and what hospital is she in? I would like to send flowers or something.. email me privately if you have the info.

Bad news. Hope you get better quick. It was just a few weeks ago we were laughing at the ale house in Seattle!
Of course the burning question is can you post your time slip!! You know we have to check out your reaction time and 60 foot time!!

You have been Draging long enough... I know that the clutch must have slipped out of your hand!!! Sorry to hear about this, get well ASAP and make sure KZZ1 has your 12 good as new before your healed up!!! Ang, dont take advantage of your hubby since you will be catered to!!!

There has been nothing new to report yet. I expect Ken will call me sometime this morning. As soon as I hear anything I will pass it along. I still don't even know what hospital She is in.
BTW
It was at Mid-Michigan Motorplex in Stanton. She was riding the Busa. Ken said the bike looks pretty bad and He doesn't know if he will be able to put it back together.
