However one dyno chart I did see from big cc racing has a zx12r with oversize valves and cams pulling 205 rwhp at 11,600 still climbing..

Well then, you might want to explore the combination that produces that result.
But, what did the bottom half of that chart look like?

the bottom half of the chart was not as strong, but I guess thats to be expected. Giving up power on the bottom for the benefits of the top..

The OS valves and big exhaust cam (advanced a bit) does help on motor, but what I found out much later was that the other comprimises made to make the motor survive on spray really hurt "motor" runs. 1st mistake I made was dropping comression. BIG CAMS (Megacycle) DON'T WORK WITHOUT COMPRESSION. Motor made no torque under 8k rpm. Bike was not capable of being dragraced. Perhaps others are smart enough to find the right comprimises, but I haven't found a good motor setup that would survive a 100hp NOS shot, and I haven't (yet) found a good spray setup that makes over 100 ft-lbs of torque off spray.

there is at least 1 (guy in Kansas) who is spraying 100hp+ on hi compression, with motor living and getting 8.30's????.

He pays ALOT of attention to AF...

Come on Chris, tell us how you do it!!!

With the right A/F there is no reason why it shouldn't work. It's maintining that A/F that is trickey!

Karl, didn't Ralf use to run a 150 shot on his 1270. His CR was not low by any means either. The last few times I saw him run he could sure shoot out of the hole well, and I would guess he was over 300lbs if I run around 250-260 naked!
