1270 at the strip
just looking for some others results and opinions on this.Ran my 1270 (191 hp) at the dragstrip yesterday and these results:1.78 60',10.00 at 145MPH.No wind,decent air,totally stock chassis(not lowered in any way).Rider 225lbs suited.

I ran my 12 out here in Phoenix at Firebird Raceway on a Friday Nite w/ 900 ft. air quality.
It was a stocker w/ TiForce pipe, pcIII and a Schnitz strap on the front, makeing 173h.p. at the rear wheel. I'm also 220 lb. w/ leathers.
My 60ft. was 1.84(poor) and the best E.T. was 10.25 @ 144 m.p.h.
Now I have the 1270 kit w/Muzzy Big Pump and after I finish w/ dyno tuning, I will take another crack at the 1320.

10.00 with a stock chassis tells me you have some skill and hp there. With some lowering you'll be all in the nines. Make sure you're shifting near the rpm limit. It might help your mph.

I guess I was hoping for a little more mph (148-150?)but was ok with the E.T. since the first two gears are pretty useless.It was also the first time in 2 years since last racing so maybe I am being a little too hard on myself.Shift light was at 11250 rpm so maybe that hurt a little since it makes 190+ hp to the limiter.Thanks for the input guys!

phsyco1122,let me know how the 1270 runs on the dyno.I love mine,can't believe anyone could stand a 12 without the kit.
