You were lucky
You were almost Bubba's bitch (if you had went to the crossbar hotel). I'm glad you got lucky!

BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!
Did you have your plate on?
DJ... that was "rich" man! Way too rich! If he did, he owes me a big thank you for the zip ties (which I'm sure he hasn't cut off the excess)!

Tell me...
What police department is this, and what do they drive, that they can pull up behind you at 150 mph and hit the lights?

Man Bri, I'm glad he let you go!! Thats one of those "go directly to jail" tickets. Rocket we live in Illinois so I'm guessing it was the Illinois State Police. If it was they have more shit to drive that a Rock Star. At any rate, I'm sure the cop was glad Bri stopped and was cool about the whole thing letting him go in return.

...some departments use a Camaro B4C (industrial grade Z-28s)...good for 150+mph...I think S.Carolina has a few BMW M-5s as well (155mph)...it'd be way cool if my department saw fit to issue me a new Mercury Maurader...black slick top, please ...my K9 would love it, I would love it...it'd be interesting if Dodge got back into it with their new engines and rear drive platform...Chevy, too (if they do, not a front-driver, tho...yeeeech!)

Yup...
NASA and the USAF used to have Camaros and Mustangs as "chase and spotter cars". When they first showed them to me, I thought they were jerking my chain.
What is the list price on that new Mercury, anyway?

I think he didn't cut the excess off because he was planning on giving them back to you when he was done riding the Gap. I don't think he thought he would need them when he got back home, along with his helmet. :P
I seem to remember Bfly and Bart wanting to hold a meet in Chicago. Can you imagine us trying to keep up with those boys through town. We would all end up in the Crowbar Motel, except BFLY because they didn't get his plate number.
We sure did have a great time with those guys didn't we, it was great seeing them again.

Big Ju - How many days is it in the clinker if say you're pulled over doing WOT in 6th? I'm talking maybe in excess of 150-160 or even say 180. What other charges/costs/fines are involved in such a ticket?
I probably would'nt ever try an actual 180+ on public roads, however deserted but it would'nt hurt to be aware of the consequences.

Bri Mind Yourself
I need you to not be in jail when we go back to the Gap in Sept. Don't forget 15 over in IL is not just a traffic ticket anymore.
