Please help! for settings.
Hello everybody.
I am not so technical, so,....maybe one of you can help me.
I read many suspension settings all over this board. Its drive me crazy,....
My weight is 88 kg. My zx12r is from 2001. I have an Pirelli 190/55 rear tyre.
Now i have Front compression 6 clicks from full, front rebound 6 clicks from full, and the Front spring preload is original, (from stock)
Rear compression is 7 clicks, Rear rebound is also 7 clicks from full????
I think it can be better,......

Okay, here are the suspension settings for the 00 and 01 ZX12R courtesy Bertie Simmons, Assistant Editor of TWO magazine...
...in a conversation with him this August, he provided me with these settings, which were developed by Niall Mackenzie. I have personally used this setup on the racetrack, and also had it check by CircuitOne suspension...
Front:
Comp: 2 clicks back from max
Rebound: 4 clicks back from max
Preload: 2 rings showing
Static Sag: 20mm
Rear:
Comp: 7 clicks back from max
Rebound: 2 clicks back from max
Preload/ Static Sag: 5mm
