Greetings from Mosul Iraq

hey fellas and ladies, just a quick note to let you all know I am safe and sound over here, and sill kicking. So far the deployment has gone well, nothing major to report to you all. I should be home in August for leave, I hope, I am soooo ready for a break...LOL

We still have no idea how long we will be here or what our follow on missions will be, but I will try to keep you all posted up.

Until they get our internet connections fixed my time on here will be limited, this connection is like a slow 14.4kbs modem...IT BLOWS...LOL

Later all

HDL

hey Mike, Brett, Brian, Mark, Roger, and all the rest of you crazy sumbiatchers...everything is decent here, its not home, but I have a nice 7 by 12 room with heat and AC, and now the internet, I have my puter, and lots of movies, my rifle zeroed at 300 meters and my pistola, along with my M240B on my truck, what more could a guy ask for....

Its actually pretty quiet here, for being a war zone, if that makes sense...lol It has its moments, but all in all I could be in worse places.

the worst part about being here is 1. Being away from my lovely wife Kelly, 2. Away from all my friends and family, 3. not having my motorcycles to ride, 4. having this shitttyyyyyyyy internet service....lol guess it could be worse...

atleast I get to say hey to you all now so that is a plus.

Brett tell Karen and the kids I said hey, and Roger too please...miss you guys alot.

Later guys and dolls

Jim

Wormy the IED's are no joke here, we have had some huge ones, but for the most part they are all boom and no blast.....*knock on wood*

We all have our jobs to do to keep the country as a whole free....and if it werent for everyone, doing their part the other wont work. And I dont have to deal with crack heads, just dumbasses....

Harry I will keep it down, we have riding to do when I get back...later bros
