More time than money, he needs a better job.
The guy has some serious skill, If I were him I would start a business "Toys for rich boys" He could do commissioned work and make some bank, if he is half as good at business as he is at model making.

Actually "Jay Leno"!! This is surely something he does not have  (But can Afford)
On e-bay he would need a Reserve because some of the people with Money may not see it! Maybe the Barrett Jackson?
