I'm a newbie break me in like some new tires

i have a 03 zx12r i have a powercommander IIIr, velocity stacks, bmc race air filter and the bonnerville box i want more power/speed is there anything else i can do before i go into the engine. i have 180hp right now and 96lbs of torque

King, you won't get all the power you need until you purchase a major brand of header and map your PC to match it.
Muzzy, Hindle, Akropovick are some names to research and shop for.
It is the only way.

Nick.....That's because I spend a ton of time maintaining them. They are cleaned after every ride and it's not uncommon for me to break one down to the frame and motor only and completely clean and maintenance it. Years working on race teams taking cars & motors apart and putting them back together constantly to keep them in top shape conditioned me to this type of program. Old habits are hard to break and the difference really is in the small details.
