Getting there! Ran a 10.09 today. First dialin was a 10.54, track was cold and I spun a little in second and third.
Second run, the track was warmed up, and the bike bogged big time coming out of the hole. Feathered the clutch to get it going again and ran a 10.64.
Third run (actual elimination brackets, was up against a bike running 10.72, I was running a 10.54 dialin. I slipped the clutch to the 60' mark, and the bike hooked up good in second, third and fourth. Didn't have a chance to look down at the speedo, but it sure felt good. Also, went by the other bike like I had gone Plaid. 10.09 @ 144 and change. Whew! Just less than a tenth away from getting kicked off the track. What was amazing is just how much a *tenth* better 60' time translates into, down the track.

Mines coming around also.I ran a 9.24 with a 152 60 foot and a 3.99 330 foot. This was with a 6 inch over arm and stock exhaust ,no pc3 but a 20 horse dry shot with 17/51 gearing.I'm going 8s very soon.Just want to get my shifter working a bit more reliably before i spray it more.I won street et also.Every knows why my screen name is cowboy now. While i was running my other bike in pro-mod the bike bogged bad off the line and then took off like a rapped ape.Well i only held on with the throttle hand, other hand was waving to the croud.lol.I luckily got my hand back down to the handlebar and got it straight again before the tire touched down around the half track mark.Good thing i never had to shift yet either because i run a 3 speed in that bike.I went straight to the washroom after that run.

He was up with us all weekend. We are redoing his NOS system for him.He actually has his bottle mounted sideways and besides that he has no clue about bottle pressure or anything. This is when bad things happen to a motor and nos gets a bad rap.He paid up some of his tire bill and said he didn't get a chance to get the slick down to you yet.He said he'd see ya this week and be back for racing this weekend. We had an incredible track prep at this race.I never spun a 1/4 turn all weekend and i was leaving at 9 grand with 150hp nitrous off the line with the pro-mod bike and we're only allowd a 9 inch tire.

Cowboy - Bremerton was pretty slick this last saturday. I was spinning up bad in second gear, sometimes third...Started figuring out how much to slip the clutch, that's when the ET dropped. ____________

SWFT... Did you add that plate to the "coolest license plate" thread? I couldn't tell, because for some reason, most of the pictures have replaced by little red x's.

Shouldn't you have a red flag and some flashers on the wheelie bars?

Steve - Sorry buy your boyfriend Rocky went back to the breeder. He was uncontrollable after samping your fine bitch ass, and was trying to screw anything that came in the yard. You don't know how many UPS guys I had to rescue! Seriously, he was doing the 'wandering dog' routine, and had no prob going over, under or through any obstacle when he got bored. So he's back with some real find bitches near the Cascades (Darrington) and spends his days making little malamutes.
