Gap stuff
The decals are finished. There should be PLENTY for everyone (3 or 4 per interested person).
The name tags are finished for those that e-mailed me. These tags are slightly smaller, but I printed them out on high gloss photo paper. The look VERY NICE! For those that did not e-mail me... TOUGH SHIT! I ain't makin' any more, there will be NO BLANKS to write in your name and if you can't follow simple instructions... I don't wanna know who ya are any damn ole way! (can you tell the elkster is tired or what?)
FINALLY (a personal disclaimer)...
All of you guys and gals are like family to me, but PLEASE DO NOT BE INSULTED if I don't recognize you or remember your name! Or even worse, I call you by someone else's name. HEY, it's not like were dating, you know? I'm fairly good on recognizing faces, but I won't know if it's because I sold drugs to you, you slept with my ex-wife or if we rode together. You must remember that I'm from Arkansas (kinda slow) and a recovering addict (limited quantity of working brain cells). So PLEASE be a little understanding and help this old 'tard out.

Was scared to say anything before and jinx myself, but it looks like the planets have aligned and I'll be able to go this time. Had to work around a few things at work and get someone to fill in for me, but think I have all the bases covered now.
I'll be leaving late Wednesday afternoon and would like to know if there is a set meeting place (hotel, diner or other)? Will be bringing a buddy with me (Bandit 1200 rider) and will be staying with his parents in Chattanooga. May stay one or more nights in Alcoa if the nightly activities require.
Looking forward to meeting the members from the boards. I have been a daily lurker and sporatic poster on the boards for the last couple of years.
I won't need a name tag. I'll be the fat old guy with grey hair riding in the back of the pack. If anything falls off your bikes on the ride, I'll stop and pick it up for you.
