Maybe it is Simpler YET!

I put the Bike on the Dyno tonight and it ran no differently than it did before. Watching the A/F I saw that it is running richer than it was before and sort of Missing from time to time (SOmething it has Never done) So I leaned it out on the Buttons and the Power picked up to within a few HP if what it was making Prior to the Big Bang..

So I hit the NOS Button and the enine started to Pik up immediately and then started to Break up badly.

The "ONLY" Thing that is the same in the engine is !!

"THE SPARK PLUGS" They have been in there for about 2 years and are Surface Gap plugs.

Simple Matter to change them and go back to the Dyno on Monday or Tuesday next week. Also ride the Bike and feel it for myself. In one respect I am glad I left them in there and repoduced the Problems because I now know that the Engine came out even BETTER than I thought originally (Of Course provided this resolves the Problems)

Another problem that did not go away was the Bad readings on the Innovate Data Acquisition system. Dave Owen said that he had years on his O2 sensor no problems. I read where with High DOses of Leaded Fuel that they will go bad in 50 to 500 Miles. Well this one has over 100 Miles and at 116 Research Octane the Lead is Heavy and I think it is DONE.

At first it works then it reads TOO RIch then gives an Error Code and stops working!

This is not cheap to fix either because the Wide Band O2's are about $100 to $150

The ones I had were used in F-1 cars and were a Ton of Money but I did not pay much.

I plan to change the plugs into my ZRX and see how it runs to really know before the Fact when I have changed them and back on the Dyno!
