14 hours was not enough! need 2 or 3 more!
After getting everything done to the head and cleaning up everything, I figured that 8 to 10 hours I would be finished. I worked on my Rag from 1 PM Sunday to a little after 8:30 PM (Had to unscrew the cam bearing plate once to move the cams 1 tooth over) and on Sunday I got the engine back together and some of the wiring corrected.
Last night I started at 6 PM and at 12:30 AM Finally ran out of things I could do but the Bike was running.
Tonight it is raining (#1 reason I tired to finish last night) and I need to fill the Cooling system (Need more Distilled water), Finish wiring the Heater blanket (Putting connectors on 4 wires) , Mount the top fairing (2 pieces a top and Belly Pan) Hook up one or two NOS AN4 Lines, Change Oil and Filter and I am ready for the Next Dyno Session..
Then bolt the rear fairing back on and the Lower Belly Pan on and then ready for Maxton.
All this and the engine was not totally out of the Frame. I do feel that I wasted 1/2 hour by being 1 tooth off on the Cams and 1/2 hour on getting the top rear engine mount bolt in place to turn the adjustor to tighten the assembly.
I keep telling you guys I am too Old for this! Next Saturday I am 63!! WOW!!

cool have a good one, keep us posted on the bike, your set up sounds like it might be a good path for others and is quite affordable as far as options go. I want to build a turbo kit during the winter and document it for the forum but need some more tech opinions on making exhaust.
