Forks/ Front end ??????
I was under the impression that all of the front ends on the ZX12 were the same (different anodizing)? but someone now is telling me that 00-01 are and 02-03, and then 04-05 are all different (physically)??
can anyone answer this question?

They are all the same except for the ones with radial mount calipers. I have a set of 01 forks in my 02. Whomever told you that has been misinformed.

they put stiffer springs in the 2003 and newer zx12r's forks i believe .
