my headlights have stopped working. When hooking up my amplifier I sparked something and now my headlights dont come on. All the fuses are good, and the little marker light comes on above the head light. Can somebody help?

Maybe a dumb question...Did you check the bulbs?
I'm sure you did but you have to ask.

Did you check the main 30amp fuse in the battery box?

Supra,
Too much voltage on the headlight relay in the junction box will zap it for sure. The shop manual gives step by step instructions for testing the relay with a separate 12v battery.
There is a relay for high beam and another for low beam in the upper fairing under the headlight, check those also.
I'm sure you know about the 10a fuse in the j-box and the 30a fuse in the battery box for the headlights. The main fuse and headlight fuse in the box are easily confused.
Other items are the small white wire that taps off one of the legs from the alternator in the tail section. It goes to a connector under the fuel tank where it turns to a yellow wire, read continuity from the stator connector to the j-box to check it.
Is your connector in the tail section in bad shape?

Just following up. Did you ever find the problem? (In other words, was I right?)
