Mad MIKE IN Memphis

He's is running in the IDBA at Memphis , Pro ET and STreet ET. He made it throught the first round of elimination for both classes. Best run was a 9.59 @144 (if i remember correctly)

Got his autograph

Had him sign one of those Interstate Battery (his sponsor) brochures with him on the cover! He got knocked out running a 9.61 (oops! I had typed 6.91! In his DREAMS!). His still got a shot at IDBA's Rookie of the Year. He should know in abount an hour.

Well guys I made it back tonight and Im sorry to say but I did not win, a kid by the name of Joe Novack Jr. won and his dad has been racing for years, so im sure that helped in him winning, everyone knowing his dad for so many years, and me just being the new guy on the block, but he raced in two classes and was 13th and 8th, and I ended up in 6th in Pro ET no box, and in 10th in street ET. But all in all it was an honor just to be nominated! and that just means that I will have to be rider of the year some day!! LOL. Hey it was great to finally meet you redelk! feeling like I knew you for so long, and Ninja12, It was great racing with you, but to correct a few #s my best pass was a 9.581 and redelk, Yes I do dream I could go 6.9's LOL!!!! on the pass I lost I ran a 9.600, but it was a great weekend!! and It was nice seeing all of the 12s at the races!!

MM - does this mean you are finished for the year no more drag pics or stories until next spring? Say it ain't so! Better still, move to Houston, the tracks are open all year!

Your success has been an inspiration to BIG boyz everywhere, now just stop buying all the clutches up and leave some for the rest of us ;-)
