Vince...That sign was put there by our current mayor why I dont know???

Either he has a good sence of humor or he is making fun of the Italians that live in Bay Ridge and Bensonhurst which is where the sign actually sits!!!

I dont think he is making fun of the Italians because then he might get Whacked!!! Or maybe end up swimming with the fishes right under the Verrazano Bridge where the sign is posted!!!

The sign was approved by the Italian Community, so there it is!!!

Vince while I dont usually agree with you I will agree on this, the 14's in my area are turds, slow at the track, and make no HP on the dyno.
Someone here is very ,very upset, I know dyno numbers vary, but here we compare all of them on one dyno. Here the 14 made 152 stock and 154 with a pipe and pc and only went 10.30's@141mph. thats what my bone stock 12 did, and ended up with 165hp with a pipe and pc. same dyno. We have several here at the track and they are all slow turds. I am glad I didnt buy one.

My New Understatement of the Year

Even though the "Potential" is there, with more CC's I am not seeing the Numbers (HP or ET)

No one said that it was "Tuned" to perfection! Or if the Pipes were slip On's or what kind of pipe! I have seen people put on a pipe and Lose HP!

It was a full pipe with supplied map, air fuel was spot on up top. It wasnt dyno tuned. but i doubt it's gonna see much more. Just telling it like I saw it.
For comparison sake bone stock busas on this dyno make 148, with pipe and pc there getting 154-157. A K-5 made 159 with all the bells and whistles. I read all the time on the net how someone got blah blah blah from a pipe. here on this dyno we just dont see those kind of gains, my 12 gained 10 hp, with a little tuning, thats it.

Actually I have seen "Pipes" that lost HP on the Same Dyno which is why you always do a Base Line first. You are assuming that all pipe increase HP> I assume nothing! because of what I have seen! At one time the Pipe manufactures almost went out of business because it was so hard for them to improve over what the Factory had. SO New Pipe YES, New Tuner Maybe not!!

neutered in the 1st 4 gears
same valve area as the 12
1/4 mile speeds NOT up significantly
could have been lighter......yet the fear of wheelies
easily could have been better lookin
& a strictly race ECU offered over the counter.....would have been sweet

yet there is plenty of meat for more upgrades$$$$$$$$$$$$$

I think the Worse is yet to come! WHEN they Blow up and hurt a cylinder and the Entire Case and Cylinder have to be replaced and get the Bill, we are going to hear real screams! (not Ice Cream)

One deeply scratched Cylinder and the Engine is Junk!

I understand that the Pistons are really not up to "Real" NOS Shots for long and will degrade the Pistons. Single Valve Springs? Here we used stronger spring on the 12 to keep the NOS from lifting the Valves off the seats. YES, it has a Great CLutch FIne I rather replace a Clutch than an engine any day!

Nox your saying a 14 with a 50 shot muzzy pipe and at 68 inches is running 6.20 to 6.30's. If that's true then the bike needs a different rider period. I have been 6.35 at 118.56 and 9.73 in the 1/4 at 147. 49 and I am 218 in my undies. and know when I go out this sat. I will be in the low 9.60's, my set up is Brock Smeg, powercommander, lowerd and strapped. A buddy of mine who has a zx12 that has A muzzy pipe, pwr commander, lowerd, strapped and strecthed 6 inches ran 9.54 against me, I was catching him in ever gear, just could not make up the difference with the 60 ft he had 1.48 to my 1.69 he run 142 to my 147
