Good to meet you voz! It sux you got hurt. My bikes fucked but at least i didn't get hurt.I had just put my bike back together last week and then some zx-10 riding brain surgeon has to panic and jam on the brakes go down and then play bowling ball on my 12!

yeah i heard about the brain surgeon!!,, saw a video of the aftermath..
freaking guy was on a 12 last year from what i hear, he claimed his rear brake got stuck..

His fuckin brain got stuck in panic mode. All he had to do was release his death grip he had on the brakes.

The long black line was where he locked'em up , it stops where he went down.
Cover has a hole busted in side cover on bottom possible damage to stator rotor

Corbin seat and tail section damage.
We had to remove the left caliper as the galfer wave rotor is bent, ground on my new pazzo clutch lever, scratched/ground on my lt.2002 mirror, nose piece scratched,marachesi (sp) wheel dented/scratched. There's other damage too.

im leaning towards a FJR1300, something momma nd i can ride for hours...
but time will tell.. i did not get a chance to see and sit on tslewisz 14 that was at the gap...

only thing i can think of , was that the brain was gonna blast past the overlook, saw someone or something that he wanted to stop for, the just jammed on brake to freaking hard

the zx10 dude told me he did not have insurance--that he waas out 6900$$$. hopefully he did have liability. he said he tapped the back brakes and they locked and wouldn't release.

All the people sitting on the overlook saw what happened. He locked up the front and rear brakes initially. If he would have let off the brakes he would have been fine.I know on a zx-12 if you lock up the rear brake and don't let off it starts getting really wild.I've only ridden a zx-10 once (and it was through the gap) so i'm not very familiar with the handling.
I am going to try and call him today. Hopefully he will be responsible for the damage he caused on my bike otherwise I have the names/contact info of 4 people that were witnesses. I have a accident report coming. I have never sued anyone before but i will as i only have liability on my 12 and i'm not gonna pay for his mistake.
