Fuel Injector Flow Rate
Dang, I knew I should have sent my injectors under Entropy's Name!!!!!!
Just Got my little weak stick injectors back from RC cleaning and flow test.
Bike has around 17K Miles on it.
Before Cleaning 312, 299, 314, 308 cc/min
After Cleaning 320, 318, 321, 320 cc/min
I think Entropy's were all around 330 -331 cc/min. I might have to
get a sewing needle out and poke at them a little!!!!
Anybody have similar results as mine? or anyone else have them cleaned
and flow tested?

I own TWO sets of injectors from stock 2000 12R's.
One set is a 320cc set and the other is a 330cc set.
Yours are fine, go ahead and use them. You are talking about a 3% difference over a minutes time. 10 whole cc's in a minute is not that much.

Yeah, but it'd be nice to have a little extra so them poor fellas don't have
to work so hard over that minute, ha, ha, ha.
Just curious what is the stock 12 fuel system max'd out at? 220HP-240HP?

I disagree...if it were...id have lunched my motor years ago...but id rather not start yet another thread about the 12s fuel system.

I just figured since the bike was apart I might as well make sure the injectors
were up to par and not all clogged up. I'd hate to have put them in and then have
a lean condition, especially if it were only in one cylinder.
I also picked up a Muzzy fuel pump to be on the safe side, but I think I'll be under
200-204HP.
Your Car Slow what kind of numbers does that 12 of yours put out?

before the muzzy pump....i was making nearly 250rw on spray....and I went through a TON of bottles...ran it for over a year on that setup.
Had a wideband hooked up to the bike...a/f was well under 12:1 at wot on spray while riding. had it dynoed a bunch of times as well and as expected...was even richer there.
All that on the stock injectors/fuel pump/pressure/whatever...if 200 was the limit...there is no way Id have been able to deliver fuel to that motor on spray and seen the numbers I did in terms of a/f.
muzzy pump and MUCH larger injectors are on it now though...but for a different reason.
