Damn I'm a fatass!!!
Know wonder my bike only ran 140! 260 Lbs.!!! Yuck, I'm gonna have to go on the crack and speeder diet to make race weight. Oh well, maybe I'll just hire someone to ride and I'll turn the wrenches.

well... I just LOST 40 lbs! I cant wait to ride my 12... this is gonna be the best improvement I could have made to the 12 and it didnt cost me a penny....
anyone else wanting to lose weight ASAP... this works ... it's just a sensible diet with an excercise plan... my friend who told me about it lost 60lbs and I know 2 other people who have done the same (and now you can add me to the list of people  )

? what flavor.. . it's not a "packaged diet" .. it's a sensible eating and exercise plan...
go buy the book and follow it.... cheaper than 40lbs or gear off yer bike...
