Power loss because of removing packing??
should this lead to a noticeable power loss just because you remove the packing from the exhaust cannister,,(Muzzy Pipe) any feedback?

Power loss, yes.
More noticeable may be the hearing loss.

In my experience the muzzy exhaust runs like crap without the packing

Why would that be. The exhaust gases flow straight thru the baffle, not thru the packing. Only thing I can think of is the internal volume of the canister would be larger with no packing and might somehow affect the tuning.. :shrug

Without the packing, the exhaust goes through the holes in the baffle, and bounce around, instead of going straight out the end. Got to be some drag there? Tuned pipes use the pulses to tune, and they should be thrown off by that?
