They promise only good - but price will be quite high - I suppose. I think that these are like those that Porche uses in its street cars too. Would really like to have these - or at least try them.

Tell when You get them and how do they feel. Particularly how the braking feels compared to traditional brakes - when You get them...

Yep. Guy here had them on order for over 9 months. He finally got them on his R1, & started riding them a few weeks ago...

I will post how they seem when I get them... I just have no clue when that is going to be. Supposedly it shouid not be that much longer but it seems impossible to bank on it being less than a couple of months or something, and who knows maybe even longer than that.
It is better that the guy is not shipping the product, than shipping it with bugs, as a lot of other people would do. Credit to him for that.

mmmm.. very nice! gotta love that large a weight reduction. i winder if the weights they are quoting are JUST of the friction surface, or the carrier + friction surface tho.
