Schnitz Fender Eliminator

Anyone ever use it?.. im no drag racer as the fellas at dbz/mir thingy can tell you..

but i recently messed up my stock undertail..when ya open trunk ya see a beautiful Dino Hinge {shamless plug} and my rear tire!! got 2 different holes.

I have been looking at undertails.. too much money for some poor quality, plastic/fiberglass stuff that i will prolly ruin again!! So then i was cruising Schnitz and for this...

fuck that, get dino's undertail! very nice piece. requires a bit of welding, but everyone who has seen mine complemented it. gives you an even bigger trunk too.

i'm sure dino has some. where are ya boy?
no pics of my install unfortunately.
defintiely won't work for a lowered bike as it doesn't foloow the contour of the tire like the Tigertail. The upside is huge storage space. takes a bit of assemply (more than other undertails, but the result is well worth it IMO.

Keep in mind the one pictured is the frEEk version. I sent him 2 sides and a bottom and he didn't follow ( over the phone )directions.

I'll try to find or take a pic of the REAL thing. It is a 1 piece unit welded the full length of the bottom and up the back. It also bolts onto the OUTSIDE of the subframe.

There's nothing wrong with the Tiger tail except for the price. It's a $2 sheet of metal. I bought this one used (dude never installed it) for about half-price, so it was worth it to me.

I bought a Tiger tail from Guy Caputo after talking with him about it years ago since the busa one was so nice.

Like Bergie says its worth $50..not $125...lol. Oh and dont get me started on other shit he sells at an outrageous markup too. Seat pins for a busa... $5 cost at a hardware store... $60 from TIger racing.

I was just extremely disappointed with the end product after the Busa one was so nice.
